Every child has potential, they just need the right stimulus. Our class has to be different from the rote learning and drab methods used in their schools. The kids learn here by questioning and experimenting, they are encouraged to make mistakes as in doing so, they learn better.
As teachers, we put in a lot of time into preparation for our classes and in review of each session. It’s not easy being a good teacher but all the hard work pays off.
We try to expose the kids to new facets of life, exposing them to new professions, getting them to interact with different people, taking them to places they ordinarily would not have gone to.
