Bringing together the two activities of the foundation- After School Learning Centres and the Nursery and an additional sale of products made to raise funds for the organization was the theme for the Poveda Christmas Festival held on the morning of Sunday, 18th December on the Poveda Kids Nursery Lawn.Each child from the learning centres presented a science experiment they were particularly excited about and managed to grab the attention of their audience. The nursery teachers hosted an exhibition of all their teaching aids and art and craft activities held through the year.
As a bonus, was a huge colourful sale of products- coasters, table mats, pen stands, chimes, bags, candles, Christmas tree ornaments, magnets etc that was generously patronized by all the visitors.
This was the first of its kind event in the foundation and the response of every single visitor to the three components of the morning motivated the kids and staff to think bigger and work even harder for the next project.
