The Parents Meetings for the month of March focussed on the importance of savings and investing wisely for both themselves and their children. We invited over Mr. Dumbre and Mr. Deshmukh, the PRO, Chinchwad Post Office and the Inspector, Kharalwadi Post Office to share with the parents the different schemes that the government of India offers through the Postal Department.
Most parents were happy to know of the simple procedure and easy to follow and understand steps of these schemes and several have shown interest in investing wisely for the future.
